During the warranty period, if you think the item you received is defective, please contact us, and we will replace you with the same or similar product once for free.

Return Policy

We offer returns for items within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

If you have received the product:
   1. Returned products must be unused and in full original packaging.
   2. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees, which may be deducted from their refund.
   3. Please contact us for the return label/return address

If you haven't received the product:
1.Please reject this product directly.
2.After the product is returned to the warehouse, we will arrange a refund for you.

When will I receive my refund？
Once we issue a refund, it takes an additional 1-10 days for your financial institution to deposit the funds into your account.

Refund Wasn't Received:
   1. Please check your bank account.
   2. Please contact your credit card company directly for payment inquiries.
